publishing sales statistics
When I write / publish a book, can I use other data PPLS / statistics, if I quote correctly?

I want to write a book, but the book will contain some research – research that is available by third parties, websites, and other books. If I quote correctly in my book, give credit where credit is due, can you sue me me? The majority of the book to my own thoughts, views and opinions, but I have statistical data and sales data. It appears that someone may have the right to sue me for enjoying a book that uses data. Help??? Oh, and what is the correct way to cite sources in a book? In my university, we use the APA format. What about books? If they be a bibliography section at the end of each chapter? If the book include in-text citations? …. ???

I do not ACED 102 English in tears a dozen, but I do not think things have changed since then. My conclusion is that you have the right idea. Be sure to Own where they are due in the right format and you should be G2G!
