Your best bet is to use Lulu.com. It offers a variety of ways to get your work in the book / electronic format and in places like Amazon. There is a free way, which involves the use of the label Lulu on the spine of the book. You get an ISBN number, but you have little control over the outside of the book. In addition, there are many books published about this so do not be "in stock" on Amazon, even if they are technically still in stock (Lulu is an on demand self-publishing services printing). The other way is to pay for distribution and get your own ISBN, with your name editing "on the side (what you wanted it to be). In this way, can cost you about $ 100 for the ISBN and distribution rights for the Amazon and generally, once approved, there are problems. $ 100 is fair for United States if.
