Is Self Publishing Book Your A Smart Move?

Assuming that the book (fiction) is well written, the market is extremely difficult to operate? What percentage of self-published books do you ever make back the investment? Does the ease of self-publishing make it harder to get a good book read?

Just so you know I'm only trying to help, take a look at the reference I have listed below, that said, the general answer is a resounding no! In a case of self-publishing is 10,000 be a sensational ploy. For the 9999 other people involved with 'Vanity Publishing' is just a way to make you ripped. Many classic works have allegedly been self-published before mountains of sales has convinced the major publishers to surrender the contract. But it is the exceptions that prove (which means "test" as "proving ground" test area) rule. The problem is that there is very little likely that you have time, money and expertise to market your product. . . GASP! in most cases you do not market saavy really appreciate if your book is actually marketable. The opportunities for non-fiction books, particularly well written topics for which you're really an expert are the only exception to the idea of self-publishing for the general public at large writing, but basically if experts do not feel your material is saleworthy, I am inclined to believe them. This does not mean you should not believe in your book. It only means that maybe an honest evaluation is needed here and now. Is this really the best presentation? Could largely be cut and the profit made starting with the "hunting scene"? Do you need to get a service copy preparation to help you with your grammar and spelling deplorable? Do you need to extract three chapters, throw the rest of the book aside and start fresh? Is there some way you can unify the theme? Do you use flashbacks too? Do you use too little dialogue. Your characters are cardboard and lifeless? Could they benefit by adding some defects or foibles and bad habits, etc. to make them appear three dimensional and sympathetic? Your book is really a treasure, but honestly it is about 40% too long? If several key scenes to be changed so that we see the action item to another character in sight? Have you chosen the character Main wrong? Got the point? Realism is vital. Realism also tells you that Ken Blanchard, Stephen Crane, Poe and Mark Twain self-published successfully at least one book then go to the link below. . . Good luck!
