What are good websites to post self-written articles to be evaluated by other readers?

Every so often, I want to write short articles on various political issues. Sometimes they were published in local newspapers. But I tried to find some sites where I could get my messages and get the opinions of readers on the subject, my writing style, etc. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Try Gather.com. This is a site where you can post articles, photos and such organizations and people can comment. There is a section for writers which is good. Or you could start a blog of your choice.
