How do you edit a book?

I'm pretty ignorant about the procedure because, while publishing a book. I would also like Learn what self – publishing is. Thank you guys!

Self-publishing is where you pay all costs and assume responsibility for all marketing your book. This could mean anything you printing and binding itself in your garage and selling copies on ebay, you pay a company to do everything for you. "publication" Normal is where you sell the rights to sell your book published business. They then pay for everything and give you a percentage of profits. Unsurprisingly, this is something they will do if they think that your book will sell well enough to make a profit. That's what most people think of when you say you've published a book. This means that if you that was really self-publishing is …, well let just say you will not be taken very seriously. Assuming you're talking about fiction, the procedure begins with you in writing, editing and polishing your book completely. Unless you're an established author, no one will buy anything you do not yet written. If you've already done this, I recommend a search on "Writer's Digest" or "Writer's Market" – he is far too complex to put in an answer here. Good luck!
