Find an index to measure inflation in wages in the construction industry?

http://www.berr.gov.uk/files/file34487.pdf this Does anyone know how to use the attached report above (cost indices or section of the price indexes may be?) to calculate a building flate adjusted wage inflation? Traditionally, people like the idea of the RPI, but with wage inflation of construction in progress 2.5 times higher than RPI at present it is not exactly the best. (Currently, wage inflation is around 7.5 – 8%, while the RPI is somewhere between 3 and 4%.) Also … Does anyone know where I can find all other official data Re: so, by example, is there a rate published by the National Bureau of Statistics? Thank you.

I used the table 2.1 that the values for the creation of the index prices. Call it the CPI for the Construction Price Index. '95 Is the base year. Basketball (Mil Euro) – CPI – Inflation 95) 52642 100 0% 96) 55243 105 5% 97) 58351 111 6% 98) 62060 118 6% 99) 65704 125 6% 00) 69676 132 6% 01) 74690 142 8% 02) 83592 159 12% 03) 93284 177 11% 04) 102363 194 10 % 05) 107007 203 5% accuracy rate of inflation is still somewhat fragile, but I think this data set did the best to represent the construction industry. Hope this helps.
