I'm from the UK, but we want to give my book published in the U.S. anyone recommend a publisher?
The book is science fiction / fantasy and aims to 10years and above. I tried in the United Kingdom, but the fact of being a new writer / publishing restrictions (and that my idea is new) I have not had any luck. Can anyone recommend a U.S. publisher in New York area or send me a link to a general site for publishers children? Thank you thank you Cyber_paris_girl, but a point. DO MY writing not suck. I have had people (with experience publication) consult and say its very good. The question is British publishers are not willing to try new ideas and there is snobbishness Sci-Fi. So JK Rowling has been rejected at least 16 times before it was accepted and I think you'll agree, his work is not "suck".
This is a list of members of the Children's Book Council. (Although, keep in mind, it will be equally difficult to get published in the United States as in the United Kingdom) http://www.cbcbooks.org/about/memberslistA-G.html PS You should probably focus on finding a first agent, but, because most publishers do not take unsolicited manuscripts. Best wishes.

And because the writing, directing, and acting are all genuinely good, Elf is also genuinely fun… |
