Gateway GM5478 VS HP Pavilion a6157c-B?

Both PCs are available at Bjs. The bridge is 1300 and the HP 1000. The gateway seems to be blowing (to From what I can tell) from HP. My only experience with Gateway was 12 years ago when my parents have one and it always caused problems. Of Clearly, although since it 12 years ago, its kind of pertinence. One thing I have is like the TV tuner capabilities such as HP and bridges with Dells that are not in the same price range. My main use of the PC images, video and film editing (MS Word) and my daughter plays games online and stuff like that. So I do not need a powerful gaming machine, but I do not like to dabble a bit with games. That's it. It is good gateway computers with good support? Or am I better with HP.
