Does anyone know what I do for my children's book published?

I wrote a series of books for children. I would like to have them published and out on the market. Does anyone know what steps to take with it? Does someone knows the names of agents and publishing companies, to Los Angeles? Thank you – helpful answers if you please.

It is now a very successful author of perhaps 20 lbs. Go through the web and research of children's books "publishers send an example (not full copy) by post and mark it" copyright idea " Make sure date and send a copy to yourself, which is free. Then follow up with an e-mail to make sure the "Commissioning Editor" has received your letter. This determination shows! It also puts you way ahead of everyone to the attention of the EC's!
