How to uninstall the Safari Web browser successfully?

I want to delete Safari Web browser as published by Apple Computers Inc. I tried several times unsuccessfully to remove it from Add / Remove Programs. I sincerely hope you can help me problem.Thanks to resolve this in advance!

It may be that Apple does not want to remove. I am not sure I'm bw, but my sister has a mac. Why do not you leave it on and install whatever browser you want to put on – Firefox is great! Set new default browser and then you Safari not worry!
