Does it take to get your book published launched a publishing house?

If you wrote your book as you wrote this question, then yes. There are many publishers who do not charge you to publish your book – they'll even pay you a royalty for each copy they sell – but they have so many writers who send their manuscripts to them that they can afford to be very picky about what they accept. If your manuscript shows that you do not have a basic command of grammar and vocabulary, this type of editor will throw directly into the trash. If you do not a good knowledge of English, and will not make the effort to acquire one, you can self-publish, in this case, it costs money. Do not expect someone who does not already know that you buy a copy if you take this route.
