how to start a self publishing business
Can you write a story or novel?

No? Why not? (I can and I am. I even created a series of storybooks Children's picture, self published the first. 10 more in the series waiting in the wings). If the right wing, telling me to stop creating a company? I mean, like most people, I am not a business-person! Nor will I be!

Starting a business takes work often 70 to 80 hours per week, many spent alone on the phone or desktop. Many people who have families want to spend more time with their family, not less. A good time to start a business is when you are young and have no spouse or children, or later in life when your children have left home, and your spouse has filled their lives with their own careers. I often see a need for a company, and sometimes dream just a little mail-order business, run just by myself. I wrote a novel, 95% finished, except that I lost 7 chapters when my hard drive crashed there about 7 years, and I did not have the financial resources to have recovered the disc yet. God bless you to do something creative to enrich youth.
