What would you say is the best self-published publisher?

I self-published a book coming out in October. He has done very well, but now I'm struggling to get the company to pay me the fees I have to come. Do you know of any other self-publishing companies that actually do what they say they will do? If you know one please tell me about them and why you chosen to deal with them. Thank you very much!
