Do I have a book collection? A Tale of Two Cities?

I can not find info about this, but I could not be looking in the right places. It is a hardcover book with a dark blue cloth cover. The title on the cover is written in gold in a block of green olive. The only information on the title page is that it is a modern library in New York book, it was built in the United States, printed by Parkway Printing Company, bound by H. Wolff, published by AS Barnes & Co., Inc., and distributed by Random House, Inc. It has 397 pages. If someone can help me, I'd be really grateful! The book does not mention the date of publication or printing number. These would have been useful.

Check the date of publication, and then the number of prints (will most likely be at least the impression twentieth, if it is the first American edition). If it the first printing, and the copyright has only one date, you probably have a first American edition, in which case it would be collectible, but something tells me that Random House was not the first editor of A Tale of Two Cities.
